City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra (CIDCO) is planning to develop an Integrated Logistics Park (ILP) in Navi Mumbai and has invited Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the first phase of the project. The initiative aligns with the Maharashtra government’s MIDC Pass-through Policy and aims to strengthen regional logistics infrastructure to support growing trade and industrial activity.
A comprehensive master plan has been prepared, dividing the project area into seven logistics zones supported by a structured road network, including 45-metre and 30-metre-wide roads to ensure efficient cargo movement and seamless connectivity. The development is designed to create a future-ready ecosystem for warehousing, distribution, and multimodal transport integration.
As part of Phase 1, CIDCO has launched a pilot covering 12 plots within land parcel L1, spanning approximately 179.29 acres, to be allocated through a competitive bidding process. The authority will also build essential trunk infrastructure such as internal roads, water supply, sewerage systems, and stormwater drainage.
The project is expected to improve logistics efficiency, attract private investment, and position Navi Mumbai as a key logistics hub in western India.
